\tSupport an effective computer environment to make users more productive in executing their business processes. Assist in giving user an excellent experience within their IST environment.
\n\tTo provide first line end user support
\n\tAnswer helpdesk phone calls
\n\tLog calls
\n\tAssign calls
\n\tConsolidate calls<\/p>\n
\u00a0Experience \/ Education:<\/p>\n
\t2-3 years\u2019 experience of working on a IT helpdesk, answering phones, logging and reassigning calls and providing 1st line remote support.<\/p>\n
