About the role<\/p>\n
\tWe\u2019re looking for a detail-driven Lease Audit and Compliance Officer to lead the reconciliation of the Client’s lease data across physical site schedules, and SAP records.
\n\tYour main mission: identify mismatches, fix discrepancies, and tighten compliance across the board.
\n\tThis role demands more than just review work \u2014 you\u2019ll also be expected to shape how we audit going forward. That includes standardizing document formats, improving workflows, and building tools like checklists and trackers to streamline and future-proof the process.<\/p>\n
What you will bring<\/p>\n
\tCA(SA) qualification
\n\tStrong attention to detail and analytical mindset
\n\tWorking knowledge of lease agreements and commercial terms
\n\tExperience with SAP or similar enterprise systems
\n\tProficient in Excel, Word, and audit documentation practices
\n\tComfortable working independently and driving process ownership
\n\tBackground in property, compliance, finance, or telecom infrastructure is a bonus<\/p>\n
What you will be doing<\/p>\n
You will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n
\tConduct lease audits by cross-checking:
\n\tSite schedules vs. on-site conditions
\n\tLease agreements vs. SAP-loaded data
\n\tIdentify and resolve discrepancies in lease terms, billing information, site data, and compliance items.
\n\tFlag risks such as outdated information, undocumented amendments, or billing errors.
\n\tDocument audit findings with clear summaries, evidence, and recommended actions.
\n\tStandardize templates and reports to ensure consistency and clarity in how data is captured, presented, and communicated.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to ensure updates are made across all relevant systems.
\n\tCreate and maintain checklists, trackers, and SOPs to streamline future audits and handovers.
\n\tRecommend process improvements based on recurring issues or inefficiencies observed during audits.
\n\tEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, internal controls, and audit readiness standards.<\/p>\n
