What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain accurate employee records on PaySpace.
\n\tDistribute payroll documents and generate routine reports.
\n\tSupport Payroll Officers with daily tasks and simple reconciliations.
\n\tAssist employees with payroll queries.
\n\tCollect and verify payroll input before processing.
\n\tPerform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\t3-year Diploma or Degree in HR, Payroll, or Administration
\n\tProficient in MS Office
\n\tSouth African citizen, 18\u201335 years, living in KZN
\n\tStrong communication, numerical, and organizational skills
\n\tNo prior internship or current employment<\/p>\n
