Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tThe Supply Chain Connected Digital Specialist is \u00a0responsible to establish the Connected Brewery within Heineken Beverages\u00a0to leverage digital technologies and create a more streamlined and effective supply chain.
\n\tThe key focus of this position will support the implementation and establishment of the Connected Brewery products and product use cases to improve the supply chain digital maturity and efficiency.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Supply Chain Connected Brewery Lead in the execution of the Heineken Beverages Connected Brewery roadmap and strategy to establish and expand the Connected Brewery product footprint within Heineken Beverages.\u00a0
\n\tSupport operational excellence (TPM) initiatives and improvement activities and support shopfloor practices to accelerate and enhance operational efficiency within the Supply Chain (key deliverables for volume\/OPI improvements)\u00a0
\n\tEnsure the effective functioning of the Connected Brewery applications – One2Improve, MTBA, Parsable, SwipeGuide, Smart Kills, IIoT Server and Grafana\u00a0<\/p>\n
Facilitate new use case evaluation, development, and implementation on bespoke applications to assist Heineken Beverages Supply Chain operationally. This includes but is not limited to:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with key stakeholders to define, review, test and successfully implement use case requirements\u00a0
\n\tOn-going use case development and implementation across Heineken Beverages Supply Chain for all for the entire product range\u00a0
\n\tOn-going system troubleshooting, maintenance and support\u00a0
\n\tOn-going use case maintenance and support\u00a0
\n\tData validation\u00a0
\n\tDevelop training material for Connected Brewery tools and use cases\u00a0
\n\tOn-going user support and training\u00a0
\n\tBack-end development and maintenance including integration into other systems\u00a0
\n\tDevelop Power Platform solutions to support TPM and Supply Chain initiatives\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tEnsure compliance and adherence to Global and Heineken Beverages standards, best practices and governance\u00a0<\/p>\n
Leverage Data Engineering and Data Analyst knowledge and methods to develop, implement, troubleshoot and maintain visual management tools (dashboards) for the Supply Chain to enable data-driven decision making. This includes but is not limited to:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPower BI Data Flows and Datasets\u00a0
\n\tPower BI dashboards\u00a0
\n\tGrafana dashboards\u00a0<\/p>\n
Leverage process and process automation knowledge to ensure effective IIoT use case development and implementation. This includes but is not limited to:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tIdentifying suitable process measurements for use cases\u00a0
\n\tEnabling data collection from PLC\u2019s\u00a0
\n\tValidating data from PLC\u2019s\u00a0
\n\tBuilding SQL queries to ensure reliable and accurate data transformation\u00a0
\n\tAdhering to cyber security standards\u00a0
\n\tActively pursue enhanced efficiencies in the use case development governance process to ensure use cases are developed in a controlled yet efficient manner\u00a0
\n\tProvide input into the Supply Chain digital budget\u00a0
\n\tSupport the Supply Chain Connected Brewery Lead in building a digital community and culture within Heineken Beverages (Heineken Digital Citizen program) to enable the Connected Worker\u00a0
\n\tCollaborate with CoE\u2019s, D&T, other OpCo\u2019s as well as Global resources to ensure alignment and effective use case development<\/p>\n
