Overview<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Analyst with proven leadership capabilities to join our dynamic QA team.
\n\tThis role requires a strategic thinker who can not only execute testing activities but also lead testing efforts across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
\n\tThe ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management, while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure high-quality deliverables.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead and coordinate testing activities across unit, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
\n\tDevelop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
\n\tCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure test coverage and alignment with project goals.
\n\tDrive test automation initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
\n\tManage and mentor junior test analysts, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
\n\tFacilitate defect triage meetings, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication of issues.
\n\tEnsure adherence to quality standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
\n\tProvide status reports, metrics, and insights to stakeholders on testing progress and quality outcomes.
\n\tChampion continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
\n\tISTQB Certification (Foundation or Advanced) preferred.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
\n\tStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
\n\tProficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
\n\tExperience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
\n\tExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\n\tAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n
