Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Coordinate and manage physical loan set workflow<\/p>\n
\tPrioritize and coordinate quotes, orders and \/ or bookings from Clients\/Product Managers efficiently
\n\tProcess quotes and invoice requests within two hours of receipt
\n\tPrepare sets (washing, oiling, maintaining, checking, and re-packing) according to customer requests and defined loan set workflow
\n\tArrange delivery of sets and implants to hospitals \/ assist with deliveries if required
\n\tEnsure optimal stock levels to prevent over \/ under stocking and write-offs
\n\tManage a clear overview and documentation of all company loan sets in terms of location and content
\n\tEnsure the loan set room is meticulously maintained
\n\tWork collaboratively with Managers to develop a plan based on divisional strategy to ensure strategic targets are included and met
\n\tReport on all relevant market information such as changes in customer requirements, competitor activities, complaints, etc.
\n\tEnsure knowledge of competitor products and relevant guidelines are updated regularly
\n\tEnsure availability for customer queries within reason<\/p>\n
Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License
\n\tPrevious experience in a Medical Loan Set Department or CSSD in a hospital
\n\tMinimum of two years relevant experience<\/p>\n
