\tThe Office of the Pension Funds Adjudicator (OPFA) is seeking to appoint candidates who are results-driven, passionate about service delivery, thrive under pressure, and are team players with high levels of professionalism.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tRecord and track all closed files on the PFA\/Respond system
\n\tForward closed files to the Filing Clerk for archiving
\n\tFormat, align, and type draft and long determinations for submission to the Adjudicator
\n\tCompile determination filing sheets for Adjudicator sign-off
\n\tCollect and compile team statistical reports (monthly\/weekly\/quarterly\/annual)
\n\tManage the Team Leader\u2019s diary and carry out general PA duties as required
\n\tAnswer and attend to incoming calls for the Case Management Team
\n\tImplement administrative instructions from the Team Leader efficiently
\n\tEnsure meetings\/events requiring refreshments are well catered for
\n\tPerform general administrative and office support functions to ensure smooth team operations<\/p>\n
