\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCapturing of manual payments on the system
\n\tValidation of EFT payments that have missing information.
\n\tFollow up on monies received with no documentation
\n\tFollow up on documentation received with no payment
\n\tAgree allocations from third party source documents to bank statements
\n\tProvide administrative support to the Returns Department with regard to administration of payments received, online returns and liable person.
\n\tReceive and escalate proof of payment of unknown deposits to allocate.
\n\tFollow up on unallocated cash on all statuses (deleted, suspended, prosecution and liquidated)
\n\tPhone employers requesting proof of payment of unknown deposits
\n\tPhone employers requesting permission to allocate payments
\n\tTrace unallocated deposits and refer to Finance to allocate.
\n\tPayment splits (reconciling lump sum payments to multiple branches) to different employer codes
\n\tCompiling documents for refunds
\n\tAllocation of payments received to the correct employer codes and periods
\n\tTransferring of payments from one employer to the other<\/p>\n
Knowledge\/Experience\/Skills\/Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGood verbal and written communication skills
\n\tAbility to listen and give feedback
\n\tBe able to persuade members to provide information required
\n\tMust at all times be diplomatic and assertive
\n\tAbility to work independently and accurately
\n\tMust be a good team player and collaborate with team members
\n\tBe able to deal with difficult members and resolve conflict
\n\tMust have good analytical skills with attention to detail
\n\tGood numeracy and calculation skills
\n\tGood knowledge of SalesIogix, \u00a0Excel, word and Outlook<\/p>\n
Job Requirements
\nQualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric (standard 10) with Business Economics, Accounting, (Mathematics optional) will be an advantage
\n\t1 year \u00a0experience
\n\t6 months to 1 year business administration \u00a0working experience
\n\tComputer literacy, Microsoft, Email, Excel Word
\n\tStudying towards a business administration short course will be an advantage<\/p>\n
