\tAssign sales, distribution, execution etc. targets to wholesale & redistributor partners based on business targets and set up regular meetings to review
\n\tRegular Trade Visits with 3rd party sales & merchandising agency to coach teams and unlock distribution and execution opportunities
\n\tAnalyse the opportunities in the region, take proper action and implement as needed
\n\tCreate strong knowledge of and personal relationships with the top wholesalers & redistributors
\n\tBuild winning initiatives to drive reach, sales targets, and our execution in all channels, including Indirect via WHS
\n\tEnsures customers fully understand and execute Red Bull execution \/ merchandising standards
\n\tImplement systems to track and benchmark wholesalers & redistributors against key initiatives\/goals
\n\tPlan and Execute incentive programs in line with company targets to keep sales representatives focused and motivated
\n\tBe a credible beverage business consultant to customers and act as a category captain by presenting category and Red Bull Potential<\/p>\n
Business Planning<\/p>\n
\tDevelop business plans by customer to deliver on all relevant RBZA strategic initiatives including volume, horizontal & #vertical distribution, execution and information exchange (depletion data). Ensure the plan is aligned to overall RBZA plan
\n\tBudget Management
\n\tManage assigned budgets where applicable (Examples: incentive budgets, free goods budget, POS budget and in some cases regional account budgets)<\/p>\n
Business Intelligence<\/p>\n
\tMaintains strong working knowledge of all relevant Red Bull systems
\n\tProactively uses available reports to maximize on all opportunities including competitor intelligence<\/p>\n
Other<\/p>\n
\tShare and enforce guidelines with regards to Red Bull\u2019s inventory policy
\n\tDevelops working knowledge of geographic and demographic areas in assigned geography
\n\tEnsure a sustainable Go to Market (GTM) strategy and structure in assigned geography
\n\tDevelops expertise with regards to product competition and distributor competition in respective area
\n\tCommunicates regularly and works effectively with all internal sales team and marketing teams to secure full alignment of the sales goals with the DP
\n\tClose and frequent collaboration with OnP KAM, Finance and Ops teams
\n\tManage risk by taking alternative precautions with a proactive approach by determining the risks that would hamper Red Bull business
\n\tClose alignment of pricing and promotions with all necessary key stakeholders (MD, Off Premise, On Premise and Finance) to minimise the threat of cross channel cannibalisation and to maintain profitability
\n\tRepresent Red Bull brand and values in the best way, including appearance, attitude and behaviour<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE
\nYour areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree (Relevant equivalent)
\n\tOutstanding sales experience and track record in Consumer Goods industry (Beverage preferred), +5 years
\n\tCustomer Management – Distributor & Supplier experience preferred
\n\tSuccessful track record in team management and leadership
\n\tExperience with basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
\n\tLocal market \/ geographical knowledge beneficial
\n\tKey Account experience (an Advantage)
\n\tProactive, with a flair for continuous improvement.
\n\tAble to be flexible & to embrace change.
\n\tStrong communications skills (verbal and written).
\n\tExcellent problem-solving skills.
\n\tAdvanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
\n\tSelf-starter with initiative & attention to detail.
\n\tWell organised & able to handle multiple priorities in a relaxed manner.
\n\tAble to see tasks through from inception to completion
\n\tProfessional, focussed, responsible & passionate approach to work.
\n\tTravel 50-60%<\/p>\n
