Role objective and key accountabilities:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the deployment of multiple courses within one or more curriculum. Creates Learning course deployment plans and execute the end-to-end deployment of curriculum. Sources facilitators for Learning courses and ensures they are adequately prepared for course delivery. Provides oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on course feedback.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Learning Deployment<\/p>\n
\tCreate Learning course deployment plans and align to Learning Program planning and budgets.
\n\tSubmit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in SuccessFactors (SF)
\n\tManage the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event management.
\n\tSource facilitators for Learning courses and manage the facilitator pool.
\n\tPrepare facilitators for delivery of Learning courses.
\n\tProvide oversight of Learning deployment administration activities<\/p>\n
Learning Reporting<\/p>\n
\tAccess reports form the Learning Management System to monitor progress on deployment plans.
\n\tProduce key insights from Learning Program feedback and report these to the SL Learning Leader
\n\tCo-ordination of Service line BBBEE requirements
\n\tEnsures all training data within the Service line is maintained accordingly and is easily accessible for interim and year-end (ISQM) processes.<\/p>\n

\n\tStrong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
\n\tProduce virtual sessions using relevant technology for training programs.<\/p>\n
Education:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/ degree or equivalent work experience<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3+ years\u2019 experience in HR and\/ Learning and Development within the professional services\u00a0industry<\/p>\n
Other Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMay require occasional travel, both domestic and international<\/p>\n
