\tEnsures that\u00a0work areas are clean and tidy prior to opening, during service and at closing times (this includes the inside and outside of the building as well as the car park area) thus ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
\n\tEnsures that floors are swept, mopped, scrubbed and\/or vacuumed thus ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
\n\tEnsures\u00a0that\u00a0walls\u00a0are\u00a0cleaned\u00a0thus\u00a0ensuring\u00a0a\u00a0safe\u00a0and\u00a0healthy\u00a0working\u00a0environment.
\n\tEnsures\u00a0that\u00a0refuse\u00a0is\u00a0gathered\u00a0and\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0bins\u00a0are\u00a0emptied,\u00a0washed\u00a0or\u00a0sanitized\u00a0and\u00a0replaced\u00a0with refuse bags to ensure that safe and healthy working environment is maintained
\n\tEnsures\u00a0that\u00a0toilets\u00a0are\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0cleaned\u00a0to\u00a0maintain\u00a0a\u00a0hygienic environment
\n\tCleans,\u00a0fills\u00a0up\u00a0and\u00a0maintains\u00a0all\u00a0machines\u00a0such\u00a0the\u00a0BIBO,\u00a0Coffee\u00a0Machines,\u00a0etc.\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0that\u00a0these\u00a0machines\u00a0are in good working order for team members to use.
\n\tEnsures\u00a0all\u00a0beverage\u00a0stations\u00a0are\u00a0fully\u00a0stocked\u00a0up\u00a0at\u00a0all\u00a0times\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0consumables\u00a0are\u00a0readily\u00a0available\u00a0for\u00a0team members to use.
\n\tEnsures\u00a0that\u00a0service\u00a0areas\u00a0are\u00a0neat\u00a0and\u00a0tidy\u00a0during\u00a0peak\u00a0periods\u00a0and\u00a0quiet\u00a0periods\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0that\u00a0safe\u00a0and\u00a0healthy working environment is maintained.
\n\tEnsures that the use of cleaning products is appropriate to ensure that the correct products are used and that wastage is minimised.
\n\tRequests replenishment of cleaning products and supplies from the Housekeeping Superviser\/ Receptionist\/ Office Administrator before the cleaning products and supplies run out to ensure that cleaning products and supplies are readily available for use.
\n\tDeclares\u00a0breakages\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Office\u00a0Manager\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0that\u00a0replacements\u00a0can\u00a0be\u00a0obtained timeously
\n\tCleans\u00a0the\u00a0office\u00a0aircon\u00a0filters\u00a0weekly.
\n\tEnsure that\u00a0all tables &\u00a0chairs in\u00a0the\u00a0areas\u00a0are\u00a0maintained (seat\u00a0covers are monitored, and request\u00a0replacements as needed) to ensure that tables and chairs are in good working condition.
\n\tSets\u00a0up\u00a0of\u00a0boardrooms,\u00a0meeting\u00a0rooms,\u00a0training\u00a0rooms,\u00a0event\u00a0areas,\u00a0etc.\u00a0prior\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0sessions\u00a0taking\u00a0place,\u00a0as\u00a0well as the clean up after the session has taken place to ensure that the working environment is returned to normal working order.
\n\tCompletes daily tasks rosters and submits to the Receptionist and\/or the Office Administrator to ensure regular updates are shared.
\n\tWashes\u00a0all\u00a0cups,\u00a0as\u00a0well\u00a0as\u00a0BET\u00a0supplied\u00a0cutlery\u00a0and\u00a0crockery\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0a\u00a0clean\u00a0kitchen\u00a0area.
