\tIn this role, you\u2019ll ensure that our Digital Technology (DT) function provides reliable and resilient Operational Technology (OT) applications and platforms that support our Processing, Asset Management, and Maintenance Technology teams. You\u2019ll work within a global service approach that includes help desk support, system sustainment, continuous improvement, and strategic technology initiatives.
\n\tYou\u2019ll build strong relationships across the organization\u2014serving as the go-to partner for business leaders in Processing, Asset Management, and Maintenance. You\u2019ll help them define their digital technology needs, develop roadmaps, and ensure we have the right tools, processes, and data to make better, faster business decisions.
\n\tThis role plays a key part in the success of our operations by contributing to the global technology strategy, leading platform support activities, and ensuring our systems are fit for purpose, resilient, stable, and cost-effective.

What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n
\tLead and manage the delivery, support, and governance of reliable OT applications and platforms that support key operational functions.
\n\tPartner closely with business leaders to define and deliver digital technology solutions that advance operational goals.
\n\tDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for technology needs.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement and innovation within Processing, Asset Management, and Maintenance technologies.
\n\tOversee supplier relationships and contracts to ensure alignment with business needs and performance standards.
\n\tContribute to multi-year technology planning and help shape the global strategy for OT platforms.
\n\tManage budgets and resources efficiently while balancing short-term demands with long-term vision.
\n\tMentor and develop team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n
What You Bring<\/p>\n
Education & Experience<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, metallurgy, or a related field.
\n\t10+ years of experience in the mining industry, including exposure to both site and corporate environments.
\n\tProven experience leading technology projects and implementing new platforms or applications.
\n\tStrong background in Processing, Asset Management, and Maintenance Technology systems\u2014from implementation to support.
\n\tExperience managing suppliers, contracts, and budgets.
\n\tLeadership experience, ideally with teams across functions or geographies.
\n\tExperience working with\u00a0diverse teams and communities, fostering inclusion and respect in all interactions.<\/p>\n
