\tB Degree Honours (Essential\/Minimum) relevant to the field.
\n\t5-7 years of practical and varied experience in business improvement, optimization environments, or transformation-related programs and projects.
\n\tCompetence in leading and coordinating cross-functional teams and managing project environments effectively.
\n\tProven experience in Agile transformations, lean implementations, and innovative management processes.
\n\tExperience working with senior stakeholders to identify concerns and shape opportunities for business improvements.
\n\tCapability in structuring and facilitating workshops and shaping implications and outcomes.
\n\tUnderstanding of mining operations and the mining value chain is advantageous.
