Core Description<\/p>\n
\tPerform administrative functions to enable the efficient and effective management of debtors for the company, in compliance with company policy and procedures, minimising risk to the company<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
\tCapture debtors\u2019 details onto the financial system, as per authorised agreements, checking the accuracy and completeness of information against source documentation.
\n\tExtract debtors\u2019 reports from the system, prior to processing of invoices, according to standard procedures and meeting deadlines.
\n\tReview listing for any errors\/discrepancies and completeness of information, following up on problem areas identified with the relevant stakeholders.
\n\tProcess sundry debtors\/employee debtors\u2019 details onto the financial system in accordance with standard procedures, ensuring that all details are captured correctly.
\n\tProcess receipting of payments from customers and maintain debtor accounts.
\n\tAssist in preparing General Ledger reconciliations related to the debtors function, achieving accurate financial figures by due dates.
\n\tProvide input to the preparation for debts that are categorised<\/p>\n
