\tAre you an analytical finance professional with a passion for accuracy, process excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships? Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is looking for a Corporate Debtors Controller to join our Johannesburg Head Office team.
\n\tAs part of our Transactional Finance team, you\u2019ll take ownership of managing our corporate debtors book \u2014 ensuring timely reconciliations, accurate reporting, and effective debt management that supports the financial success of our global corporate brands.<\/p>\n
About the role
\nIn this role, you\u2019ll be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tManaging customer debt and ensuring invoices, statements, and payments are processed accurately and timeously.
\n\tPerforming detailed reconciliations and open order management to maintain financial control and minimize risk.
\n\tMonitoring credit limits, following up on aged accounts, and proactively managing potential financial risks.
\n\tPartnering with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, provide financial insight, and support audits.
\n\tContinuously identifying opportunities for process improvement within the accounts receivable function.<\/p>\n
This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager \u2013 Transactional Finance and works closely with our Operations, Finance, and Legal teams across multiple FCTG corporate brands.

You\u2019ll bring:<\/p>\n
\tA Diploma in Finance (or equivalent qualification).
\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience as a Debtors Controller (corporate environment preferred).
\n\tSolid knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable, and reconciliation processes.
\n\tIntermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n\tA continuous improvement mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
\n\tKnowledge of Protas and\/or the legal framework around debt collection is advantageous.<\/p>\n
