Are you someone who can: <\/p>\n
\tDeliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
\n\tEnsure system, process and efficiency improvements (including innovations)
\n\tAnalyse system technical requirement
\n\tConduct a system requirement risk assessment
\n\tDefine, develop and document how business systems interface functionally
\n\tBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
\n\tControl expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
\n\tDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialisation
\n\tDisplay and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity
\n\tParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
\n\tEnsure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes
\n\tCompile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
\n\tManages risks in own area of responsibility
\n\tCreates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards<\/p>\n

\tHave a BCom, B.Eng., BSc Eng., BSc Informatics, or related degree
\n\tMinimum 3 years System Analysis experience
\n\tHave experience with API design & Database design
\n\tCan write technical requirements
\n\tExtensive experience engaging with third parties, creating specifications, logging projects and work requests
\n\tAdvance knowledge of the full SDLC
\n\tHave programming experience (advantageous)<\/p>\n
