KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tAct as the primary digital advisor for 1UL market, offering strategic insights and technical recommendations to optimize supply chain operations.
\n\tCollaborate with Product Teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and process automation.
\n\tLead or support deployment activities, ensuring solutions are tailored to business needs and integrated seamlessly into existing processes.
\n\tManage applications such as ERP, Demand Planning, and MES to enhance supply chain operations
\n\tSupport planning for service outages and ensure business continuity.
\n\tEscalate critical incidents with quantified business impact to product owners.
\n\tDrive adoption and realization of digital benefits across supported markets.
\n\tAlign digital strategies with business goals and operational needs.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in IT or related discipline.
\n\t3+ years of experience in a business-facing IT role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of:<\/p>\n
\tBusiness IT and functional strategies
\n\tGroup operating models and cross-functional impacts
\n\tBusiness process management and metrics
\n\tSupply chain planning processes and systems (e.g., ERP, MES, WMS)<\/p>\n
Core skills:<\/p>\n
\tTechnical acumen: A strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends relevant to supply chain and IT operations.
\n\tEffective project management and change management skills.
\n\tCommunications: Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences, and strong teamwork.
\n\tStakeholder management: Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and influence decisions across diverse teams and leadership levels.
\n\tChange management: Ability to guide teams through transitions, whether it\u2019s new systems, processes, or ways of working.<\/p>\n
