Customer Service Representative<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, managing orders and supporting the Commercial organization to meet business needs and sales targets<\/p>\n
What you’ll do with us:<\/p>\n
\tProcess and manage customer orders using SAP, ensuring timely communication with customers, warehouse, and transport teams.
\n\tCoordinate with the Commercial team to approve special deals and customer-specific requests.
\n\tApply FIFO principles during batch selection while considering stock age.
\n\tEnsure timely goods issue processing upon receiving proof of collection from the warehouse.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of orders, delivery notes, and invoices for audit and tracking purposes.
\n\tShip sample products to laboratories for reanalysis and shelf-life testing as requested.<\/p>\n
Your qualification & attributes:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the agrochemical industry.
\n\tStrong proficiency in SAP for order processing and tracking.
\n\tFluent in English; Afrikaans language skills are advantageous.
\n\tFamiliarity with inventory management principles, including FIFO.
\n\tUnderstanding of invoicing processes and month-end procedures.
\n\tAbility to manage product allocation, delivery prioritization, and open order lists.<\/p>\n
