You\u2019ll work closely with the Sales Director, Bid Office, and Business Development Managers to ensure smooth coordination of bids, tenders, and costing processes.

Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tProviding first-level costing support to the Sales team using Microsoft Excel
\n\tLiaising between the Sales Director and the Bid Office to coordinate tender and bid submissions
\n\tSupporting Business Development Managers (BDMs) in preparing for Bid Committee meetings
\n\tCompiling and maintaining accurate sales and bid documentation
\n\tEnsuring timely communication and follow-up on bid-related activities
\n\tCollaborating with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for proposals and costing
\n\tManaging and formatting documents for bids and proposals
\n\tAssisting with data analysis and reporting using Excel
\n\tCoordinating internal communications to ensure smooth sales operations
\n\tSupporting the team with administrative tasks related to sales and commercial activities<\/p>\n
Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tProficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
\n\tStrong attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tExcellent communication and coordination skills
\n\tAbility to manage bid and proposal documentation
\n\tComfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
\n\tTeam-oriented with a proactive mindset
\n\tCommercial awareness and problem-solving ability
\n\tAdaptable, reliable, and eager to learn<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
\n\tExperience in a finance-related role or as a Sales Finance Administrator
\n\tExposure to costing and bid\/tender processes<\/p>\n
