\tThe Trainer Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Regional Training of allocated Pedros stores. The role involves managing a team of highly skilled trainers and ensuring that the Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tConduct training sessions on preparation of foods as per our Standard Operating Procedures
\n\tSupport, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employees
\n\tPromote efficiency and improve skills of employees
\n\tKeep attendance and training records and registers
\n\tMonitor employee performance and response to training
\n\tConduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvement
\n\tProvide daily updates on training areas done daily in-stores
\n\tWork within a team and drive the restaurant\/take-away forward
\n\tAssist in New Store openings \u2013 supporting the teams through constant mentoring and coaching
\n\tAssist the Training Department with Adhoc Training tasks and projects within Pedros
\n\tDoing presentations to the target audience for all Pedros Training Modules and SOP’s
\n\tSign off Manager Trainees throughout the region
\n\tTrack daily reports posted on WhatsApp groups from Manager & Skill Trainers. Raise concerns as they arise
\n\tTake charge of Gross Profit & GRV training\/ trouble shooting for new & existing stores
\n\tFull accountability of the training team within the Training Management group
\n\tCoordinate for new stores staff quantities, training stores, weekly training updates and complete sign offs one week before store opening. Portfolio Of Evidence must be filed<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tRestaurant and Fast Food Service experience. Minimum 10 years related experience required
\n\tOperations experience will be advantageous
\n\tGood verbal and written communication skills
\n\tOrganisational and time management skills
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tBe prepared to go the extra mile
\n\tMust be computer literate and must be able to write professional reports from time to time
\n\tMust have own reliable vehicle & mobile phone
\n\tGood\u00a0 Gross Profit \/ Cost Of Sales \/ GRV knowledge
\n\tExperienced to design, develop, implement, maintain, support or operate a particular technology or related application, product or service
\n\tGAAP \/ MICROS knowledge<\/p>\n
