Position Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo uphold the integrity and promote the image of Lindt by managing day-to-day operations of the Lindt Retail Boutique. \u00a0To work closely with the staff members, Store Manager, personnel and appropriate corporate contacts resulting in the aggressive growth and development of the Lindt Brand<\/p>\n
Store Operations:<\/p>\n
\tAssist with the daily operations of Lindt retail Boutique
\n\tUphold the values of exemplary customer service through modeling of behavior and establishing appropriate guidelines
\n\tMonitor sales on a daily basis with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer service
\n\tTimely ordering of merchandise and supplies with focus on overall inventory management and loss prevention
\n\tDaily reconciling of cash with sales receipts, daily paperwork and accounting, and other store administration
\n\tDevelop and grow Corporate Sales business and strategy
\n\tDevelop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information with a constant focus on achieving sales goals while controlling expenses
\n\tMaintain high standards for cleanliness and food\/product safety
\n\tOpen and close the Boutique according to shift plan
\n\tConduct monthly reports as required by Head Office<\/p>\n
Marketing:<\/p>\n
\tSeek out local marketing opportunities and support corporate marketing initiatives
\n\tImplement local marketing initiatives driven by the Marketing department
\n\tCompliance with price changes and corporate merchandising initiatives
\n\tMaintain store merchandising presentation to company standards<\/p>\n
Skills & Knowledge:<\/p>\n
\tStrong verbal and written communication skills
\n\tFamiliar with social media channels
\n\tStrong time management habits
\n\tA self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as a team member
\n\tExcellent attention to detail, organizational and excellent multi-tasking skills
\n\tComputer literacy in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
\n\tExperience in merchandising and presentation of premium products along with highly developed customer service and selling skills
\n\tSales oriented, able to develop and build business
\n\tA talent for sales and selling
\n\tA passion of chocolate!
