Qualifications\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPost graduate degree in Organisational Development, Change Management, or related field.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCertification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProject Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Beneficial Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t7-10 years of experience in change management and organisational development.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated experience of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter\u2019s 8-Step Process, Lean Change).\u00a0<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated experience in managing large-scale change initiatives.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience in a leadership role within a similar industry or sector.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tExperience in conflict management and stakeholder negotiation.\u00a0<br
