\nKEY PREFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tBusiness Process Improvement and Solution Design: \u00b7Translate business requirements into functional specifications, wireframes, and workflows \u00b7Collaborate with architects and developers to design feasible and scalable solutions \u00b7Develop process models (e.g., BPMN) to communicate current and future state \u00b7Participate in feasibility studies and impact assessments \u00b7 Ensure proposed solutions meet both business needs and technical constraints.
\n\tStakeholder Engagement and Communication: Identify, map, and prioritize internal and external stakeholders \u00b7 Schedule and lead regular stakeholder meetings and status updates \u00b7 Communicate project goals, progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and effectively \u00b7 Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or misunderstandings proactively \u00b7 Facilitate approvals and signoffs for key project deliverables.
\n\tSupport for Implementation and Change Management: Assist with the development and execution of change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement \u00b7Facilitate training sessions and provide user support during and post-implementation \u00b7Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes by coordinating test cases, defect logging, and issue resolution \u00b7Monitor adoption of new systems or processes and provide feedback to the project team \u00b7Maintain documentation related to changes, including updated SOPs, user guides, and FAQs \u00b7Provide first-level support during stabilization period post-deployment Identify resistance and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with change champions.<\/p>\n
PLANNING INVOLVED IN THIS POSITION:<\/p>\n
\tThis position requires weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual planning as per operational requirements but not limited systems release plans, Annual Operational Plans inputs, project-based planning to align ICT systems with business goals.
\n\tIt includes planning discovery workshops, roadmap alignment sessions, and business requirement definition timelines.<\/p>\n
DEADLINES THAT NEED TO BE ADHERED TO<\/p>\n
\tWhile performing the duties of this job, this employee will provide an interface with service providers for outsourced services while rendering day to day support for users of applications and monitor the delivery of major systems development projects.
\n\tProject documentation deadlines, stakeholder review sessions, sprint\/release schedules, and operational performance improvement timelines.<\/p>\n

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tNQF Level 6 qualification in IT, Business Analysis, or related field \u00b7 Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is advantageous \u00b7 At least 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a business analysis role within ICT projects \u00b7 Experience with Agile\/Scrum and traditional SDLC environments \u00b7 Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure cloud will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
