Description<\/p>\n
\tAssist in maintenance of equipment, infrastructure and environment and any other request as per manager\u00a0request.
\n\tAssist with gardening service and general upkeep of the farm.
\n\tBasic maintenance around the campus\/farm.
\n\tReporting of any symptoms of defects and breakages on the farm equipment.
\n\tTime management with execution of individual & team tasks.
\n\tAssisting in record keeping of day-to-day work done,
\n\tComply with all requirements of the OHS Act and adhere to OHS requirement.
\n\tAssist with general farm work.
\n\tAssist with the maintenance of security fences, trellis- and irrigation systems.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 10 and relevant five (5) years’ experience on a farm.
\n\tAbility to work in physically demanding environment.
\n\tApply irrigation, fertilizers, chemical sprays, and cover crops as per instruction.
\n\tAssist with the maintenance of security fences, trellis and irrigation systems.
\n\tAssist maintenance team with repairs of farm buildings.
\n\tApply the health & safety requirements as expected from the work environment.
\n\tWilling to work overtime to optimize work.
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License.<\/p>\n
