Job Overview<\/p>\n
\tThe Senior Financial Analyst for the EMEA FP&A team plays a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the region. This position is responsible for supporting the consolidation and analysis of financial data from multiple EMEA clusters and countries, supporting monthly forecast cycles, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
\n\tThe role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of financial planning processes.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Forecasting & Planning<\/p>\n
\tSupport on the collection, consolidation, and validation of financial inputs from EMEA clusters\/countries during monthly forecast cycles.
\n\tCoordinate the submission of key planning templates including:
\n\tMonthly Forecast
\n\tELP (Estimated Landing Position)
\n\tDrivers Template
\n\tOperational Excellence, etc
\n\tAnalyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and provide commentary on key business drivers.
\n\tSubmits monthly forecast and plan in Hyperion.<\/p>\n
Financial Analysis & Reporting<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain financial models to support the EMEA cluster\/countries to provide their input regarding forecast, plan, drivers template, operational excellence, etc.
\n\tPrepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports to regional and global FP&A leadership.<\/p>\n
Business Partnering<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate with country finance teams and business leaders to understand local market dynamics and ensure alignment with regional objectives.
\n\tSupport strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and decision support.<\/p>\n
Process Improvement<\/p>\n
\tDrive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and data quality.
\n\tSupport on the optimization of FP&A tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake).<\/p>\n
Compliance & Governance<\/p>\n
\tEnsure adherence to corporate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
\n\tSupport internal and external audit requirements as needed.<\/p>\n
Education, Experience & Skills<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
\n\t3 – 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multinational or regional EMEA context.
\n\tStrong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
\n\tExperience with planning tools (e.g., Hyperion) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across geographies.
\n\tStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.<\/p>\n
