Brief Role Description:<\/p>\n
\tTo provide administrative quality management to technical staff in accordance with contractual deliverables.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tChecking and verifying correctness of requests if they meet the standards as per contractual deliverables\/standards.
\n\tAccurate uploading of Proof of delivery on SAP.
\n\tConduct effective tracking of all PODs with the Regions.
\n\tAccurately follow up with regions for all outstanding and or corrective proof of delivery.
\n\tEnsuring on time, complete and correct PODs and system statuses enabling the correct billing submitted to Client.
\n\tDaily & weekly compiling of reports on PODs standards for all regions.
\n\tReduction of payment rejections from Client due to inadequate PODs.
\n\tPerforming Quality Assurance on Absa tickets.
\n\tVerification of PODs.
\n\tManage Quality Rejections sent to regions.
\n\tAdhering to client quality guidelines.
\n\tManage the Actuals vs Quote Correction Report for each region.
\n\tLiaising with regional Commercial Specialist regarding relogs to be done.
\n\tManage communication channels with Portfolio Managers, Call Centre and CCC\u2019s.
\n\tLoading of missing information on POD\u2019s in iCres & SAP.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tCertificate in Administration, Customer Service or technical qualification an advantage
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid code 8 SA driver\u2019s license
\n\t1-3 years relevant experience conducting administrative duties \/Technical Background
\n\tCustomer Service training and administration
\n\tMS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP Knowledge
\n\tIMS (Integrated Management System)<\/p>\n
