\n\tAs part of the innovative Brambles\u2019 Data & Analytics team, reporting directly to the Team Lead: Data Analysis & Visualisation for AMETA (APAC + META), you will lead the design, development, and optimization of dashboards, reports, and BI solutions, while driving best practices in analytics and data storytelling across the Region.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
\tDesign & Develop Interactive Dashboards \u2013 Use Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools to create insightful, action-driven reports.
\n\tTranslate Data into Business Decisions \u2013 Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver meaningful insights.
\n\tBuild & Optimize Data Models \u2013 Develop scalable Power BI environments to ensure efficient reporting and decision-making.
\n\tAutomate & Improve Processes \u2013 Leverage Power Apps & Power Automate to streamline data solutions.
\n\tCollaborate in an Agile Environment \u2013 Work with Data Engineers, Scientists, and Business Leaders to deliver high-impact projects.<\/p>\n
What will ensure your success in the Role:<\/p>\n
\tEducational Background: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
\n\tExtensive Experience: Proven track record in Analytics & Business Intelligence, developing animated\/interactive visualisations and designing User Interfaces that provide a data storytelling visualisation of key insights and prescriptive actions. Solve business challenges by designing effective data models and reports.
\n\tTechnical Proficiency: Expertise in Power BI & SQL (data modelling, SSRS, DAX) and preferably Power Apps & Power Automate.
\n\tAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse, interpret and translate complex data and uncover actionable business insights & solutions.
\n\tCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical data insights into clear, business-friendly recommendations across varying audience levels.
\n\tCollaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work cohesively with colleagues and stakeholders.
\n\tProactive & Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is open to learning & adopting new technologies and practices.
\n\tLeadership and Mentorship: Share knowledge and mentor others in Analytics best practices to support a data-driven culture.<\/p>\n
