You will be responsible for providing first class customer service telephony and email support to customers, using empathy, strong listening and communications skills to answer questions about the products and processes relating to the client, specifically complaints. High levels of engagement are required and there is potential to receive additional training for more complex tasks as the project develops.<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll be doing:<\/p>\n<p>\tHandling inbound calls and emails from customers with professionalism and empathy<br \/>\n\tCompleting complaint logging, data reconciliation and call taking (in-time) activities<br \/>\n\tProviding clear, helpful information on complaint processes and general enquiries<br \/>\n\tKeeping customers informed about complaint progress<br \/>\n\tMeeting personal and team performance targets<br \/>\n\tGrowing your skills \u2013 with potential for further training on more complex queries<\/p>\n<p>What we\u2019re looking for:<\/p>\n<p>\tPrevious experience in a customer-focused environment.<br \/>\n\tWorking in a financial service environment &#8211; Imperative<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and active listening skills.<br \/>\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy.<br \/>\n\tResilience, adaptability, and a team-player attitude.<br \/>\n\tBasic knowledge of CRM systems \u2013 or a willingness to learn!<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Job Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tNational Senior Certificate (Grade 12)\/Matric<br \/>\n\tClear Credit and Criminal record<br \/>\n\tClear HR Records<br \/>\n\t1- 2 years\u2019 experience in Customer Service International Campaign role\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProven experience in the insurance space\/FSP Campaign\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProven track record of high performance<br \/>\n\tExcellent command and use of English, both written and Verbal<br \/>\n\tAttention to detail.<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical and numeric skills<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience in a customer centric environment and having some relevant recent telephony experience.<br \/>\n\tDeliver high levels of accuracy and consistent quality<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.<br \/>\n\tGoal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with CRM software and complaints management tools preferred although not essential as full training will be provided<br \/>\n\tPersistent and resilient attitude towards rejection and challenges.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>huntswood.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/huntswood.simplify.hr","_company_name":"Huntswood","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"We are Huntswood.
