Broker Support Outsourced Consultants.<\/p>\n<p>Output\/Core Tasks:<\/p>\n<p>The expectations of the role is to:<\/p>\n<p>\tServe on Regional MANCO and contribute to Regional Sales Strategy\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTranslate regional strategy into tactical and operational sales goals<br \/>\n\tDrive and support marketing and business building initiatives<br \/>\n\tSet and drive sales and manpower targets<br \/>\n\tManage expenses<br \/>\n\tManage operational effectiveness<br \/>\n\tManage and develop staff\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>What will make you successful in this role?<\/p>\n<p>Qualification &amp; experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Essential that the candidate has:<\/p>\n<p>\tExtensive Financial Services experience of which 5 years must be in a recent Broker Distribution environment.<br \/>\n\tCommercial\/Financial\/ degree\/diploma or Business Management Qualification<br \/>\n\tCFP\/RFP3\/Wealth Management or equivalent (i.e.: 120 credits)<br \/>\n\tSales and Operational Management\/leadership of a unit would be advantageous<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge and skills\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To be successful you will need to demonstrate good experience in:<\/p>\n<p>IT:<\/p>\n<p>\tMS: Office (Excel, Word, PP)<br \/>\n\tWeb based platform tool\/site<br \/>\n\tAdvisor tools (i.e.: Sanfin;
