Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo provide support services to the credit community on matters relating to credit bureaus, the data and systems and contribute to the optimisation of the credit portfolio in line with Nedbank\u2019s strategic objectives.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping and providing meaningful analytics and reporting\/presenting to stakeholders to inform decision making across the credit lifecycle.
\n\tManage and resolve credit bureau or service related queries within acceptable timeframes
\n\tManage the financial components including analysing the cost, the payment of invoices, usage of services and handling related queries.
\n\tServe as a subject matter expert to assist stakeholders on matters relating to the data, processes and regulatory requirements. As well as ensuring Nedbank\u2019s compliance to the appropriate regulations.
\n\tResponsible for user administration and providing training and support on systems and processes.
\n\tMonitoring the data quality and drive improvements on the quality of the data. This covers the end to end bureau data lifecycle (across data transmissions, data loading etc)
\n\tIdentify opportunities to improve or enhance processes by identifying and recommending improvements to systems, code, data usage etc to add value to Nedbank.
\n\tObtain buy-in for developing new and\/or enhanced processes (e.g. operational processes)
\n\tDrive\/support strategic initiatives and adhoc requests
\n\tBuild and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
\n\tShare knowledge and industry trends with team and stakeholders during formal and informal interaction.<\/p>\n
Minimum Experience Level<\/p>\n
\t5+ years experience within a credit \u00a0environment
\n\tData mining and analytical skills
\n\tTechnical skills: SAS\/SQL\/Netezza\/Excel\/Python
\n\tProblem solving<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualification<\/p>\n
\tBachelors Degree.<\/p>\n
