MISSION<\/p>\n
\tTo weld components, sub-assemblies, frames and all necessary welds of the structure following WPS standards, instructions and respecting quality, cost and delay defined in the manufacturing process.
\n\tTo position, tack weld and weld some brackets on the sub-assemblies and frame,
\n\tTo be able to use work-order from the workshop network (to follow activity, to input activity data,..),
\n\tTo select the right welding equipment in relation with the instruction sheet,
\n\tTo adjust parameters of the welding workstation in relation with the WPS of the instruction sheet (Intensity, tension,..),
\n\tTo weld components in relation and respect of the instruction sheet parameters and quality,
\n\tTo adjust components to insure the correct position and gaps between 2 components before welding (gap, root face, chamfer angle\u2026) defined in WPS of instruction sheet\u00a0 and in instruction sheet.
\n\tTo do finishing and to clean welds before to check welds quality,
\n\tTo check the conformity of welds according to the specification and standard in place,
\n\tTo repair non conformity of welds (geometry, visual aspect in relation with the criterion) following repair specification,
\n\tTo guaranty the quality of his own job by auto-control (C1N validation by stamping),
\n\tto participate to team meeting (5mn meeting every day, other meeting),
\n\tTo be an activ participant to transversal action in continus improvement process as, APSYS, SWIP, 5S, Team 5 mn meeting<\/p>\n

\tQuality indicator: Number of defect not detected after control,
\n\tCost indicator: Respect of allocated time,
\n\tDelay: Respect of on time delivery to next station
\n\tSafety: Full respect of safety rules (behavior in workshop and protection equipments wearing)<\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tTo respect Safety rules of factory,
\n\tTo be on line with QCD of product.<\/p>\n

\n\tCome from SA Welding school<\/p>\n
Desired Knowledge \/ Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5 to 8 years experience in similar position.
\n\tTechnical and behavioural Skills \/ Competencies
\n\tConscientiousness, thoroughness, ability to concentrate
\n\tTo be able to identify welding defect,
\n\tTo be able to understand instruction sheets.<\/p>\n
