Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCollect, validate, and consolidate demand forecasts from regional and local markets.
\n\tAnalyze forecast accuracy, demand trends, and planning assumptions; identify risks and opportunities.
\n\tMonitor global inventory levels, highlighting slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock.
\n\tSupport inventory optimization initiatives to balance customer service and working capital targets.
\n\tPrepare and distribute standard SIOP reports and dashboards for global and regional review meetings.
\n\tProvide insights into demand variability, supply constraints, and inventory impacts.
\n\tConduct \u201cwhat-if\u201d analysis and scenario modeling to support supply chain and business decisions.
\n\tMaintain data integrity in planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
\n\tPartner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment across demand planning, supply planning, and finance.
\n\tSupport continuous improvement of SIOP tools, templates, and processes.<\/p>\n
What You Bring<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
\n\t2\u20134 years of experience in demand forecasting, inventory planning, or supply chain analytics.
\n\tStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with visualization tools (Power B or Tableau) preferred.
\n\tKnowledge of ERP and planning systems (D365, Oracle, or Epicor).
\n\tStrong communication skills in English and Spanish; able to interact in a global environment.
\n\tUnderstanding of supply chain principles, forecasting techniques, and inventory optimization.
\n\tDetail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets and tight deadlines.<\/p>\n
