\tThis role is responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of promotional activities, sponsorships, corporate branding, and events to ensure brand consistency and impactful stakeholder engagement. It involves effective collaboration across divisions to enhance TWK\u2019s brand visibility and ensure meaningful representation of its products and services.
\n\tKey responsibilities include overseeing marketing budgets, managing supplier relationships, leading a dynamic team, ensuring BEE compliance, and representing the company at corporate and sponsored events.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tManage quotations, orders, invoicing, and payments for promotional items, corporate gifts, and branded materials.
\n\tEnsure all branding aligns with TWK\u2019s Corporate Identity and reflects current promotional trends.
\n\tPlan and manage corporate events, and activations, including budgeting, venue booking, d\u00e9cor, catering, and team coordination.
\n\tOversee the setup, allocation, inspection, and distribution of marketing materials for events.
\n\tFacilitate collaboration across TWK divisions to ensure cohesive execution of events and sponsorships.
\n\tAdminister sponsorship applications, logistics, payments, and promotional item distribution.
\n\tRepresent TWK professionally at corporate and sponsored events to enhance brand visibility.
\n\tSupervise and support the Marketing Officer and Marketing Clerk, including managing schedules and task allocation.
\n\tPromote a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
\n\tCoordinate Social and Economic Development (SED) initiatives and ensure accurate administrative reporting.
\n\tEnsure BEE compliance through effective use of BEE 123 and adherence to relevant regulations.
\n\tMaintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
\n\tDrive brand exposure and meaningful representation of TWK\u2019s products and services.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
\n\t5 years\u2019 in marketing operations, promotions, sponsorships, or event management
\n\tExperience in branding coordination, invoicing, and marketing logistics
\n\tKnowledge of procurement, supplier management, and budgeting
\n\tExcellent skills in event planning, stakeholder engagement, and sponsorship negotiation
\n\tProficiency in MS Office Suite
\n\tExperience in BEE123
\n\tExperience with marketing tools and platforms
\n\tKnowledge of branding and promotional material development
\n\tStrong organisational and problem-solving skills
\n\tAbility to multitask and work under pressure
\n\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills
\n\tDetail-oriented with a strong eye for branding and design
\n\tAbility to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and departments
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License (Code 08)
\n\tWilling to travel<\/p>\n
