\tEnsure the team meet targets, due dates, and quality standard work.

\n\tMonitor and maintain all Enaex Africa equipment, time and infrastructure.
\n\tEnsure all clerical tasks are planned, controlled, organize and reported as per Enaex Africa requirements.
\n\tIdentify potential challenges on-Site and take decisions that minimize\/limit potentially negative implications.
\n\tDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers.
\n\tImprove personal work processes and manage, capture, and process warehouse reports.
\n\tOrder and manage stationery and manage employee files on site.
\n\tManage and control on site store facility<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\u00a0
\n\t2 – 3 years\u2019 Administrative experience\u00a0
\n\tExcellent computer skill (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & SAP).
\n\tValid Drivers\u2019 license is an advantage.<\/p>\n
