Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Operations & Monitoring (Development & Operations \/ AIOps)<\/p>\n
\tMonitor system and application performance using observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Elastic, Prometheus).
\n\tSupport automated deployments, continuous monitoring, and operational workflows.
\n\tApply AIOps techniques (ML-driven alerting, anomaly detection) to enhance reliability and reduce false positives.
\n\tParticipate in proactive health checks and contribute to incident prevention.<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance (QA)<\/p>\n
\tPerform functional, regression, and integration testing of software applications.
\n\tValidate deployments in CI\/CD pipelines, ensuring releases meet quality and compliance standards.
\n\tDocument and track defects, collaborating with development and product teams on resolution.<\/p>\n
Requirements & Functional Analysis<\/p>\n
\tGather, document, and validate functional and operational requirements from stakeholders.
\n\tAssist in analyzing business and technical processes to identify efficiency and automation opportunities.
\n\tSupport documentation of workflows, requirements, and operational playbooks.<\/p>\n
Project & Process Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist in coordinating small projects and operational initiatives within Agile\/Development & Operations frameworks.
\n\tContribute to process reviews, recommending improvements to optimize delivery.
\n\tSupport alignment of operational activities with business and product objectives.<\/p>\n
Service Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n
\tAct as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
\n\tSupport service delivery management by tracking tasks, follow-ups, and resolutions.
\n\tBuild product knowledge to act as a subject matter contact for internal queries.<\/p>\n
Incident Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist in incident detection, triage, escalation, and communication.
\n\tContribute to root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
\n\tDocument incident timelines, lessons learned, and recommendations for prevention.<\/p>\n
Reporting & Documentation Support<\/p>\n
\tAssist with generating system performance and incident reports under guidance.
\n\tMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of monitoring tools, procedures, and knowledge bases.
\n\tSupport compliance by developing strong reporting and record-keeping practices.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tAssociate\u2019s degree or Bachelor\u2019s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).<\/p>\n
