\tEnsure Parts Sales and distribution of all MAN related Parts, Services are increased.
\n\tMaintain Contribution Margin by offering correct discount structures to dealers and fleet customers.
\n\tEnsure Dealer Targets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis.
\n\tInitiate all offerings to Key Account customers and maintain an approach to get back lost business.
\n\tConsult the customer in the business by simplifying and improving it from an MAN perspective.
\n\tService existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts.
\n\tInform management by using the CRM Tools, and submitting activity and results reports.
\n\tMonitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products etc.
\n\tRecommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive dealers.
\n\tResolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions.
\n\tExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
\n\tStudy existing and potential volume of dealers.
\n\tProvide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
\n\tPromote from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
\n\tDevelop clear and effective written proposals\/quotations for current and prospective customers.
\n\tPromote and sell MAN product range by regular telephone contact with customers.
\n\tAnalyze the market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers.
\n\tSupply management with oral and written reports on customer needs.<\/p>\n

\n\tAttend training courses, ensuring that they contribute and successfully pass.
\n\tMaintain an air of quiet confidence.
\n\tEC or EC1 drivers license.
\n\tGood communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
\n\tReliable, performance oriented and self-motivated.
\n\tAbility to meet deadlines.

Experience:<\/p>\n
