Purpose of Job<\/p>\n
\tProvide SAP materials management as well as SAP sales and distribution support to SAP users to fulfil customer demands and the broader commercial energy solutions and mobility. Perform end-user support (e.g. after-hours and stand-by), system testing, system change implementation, master data management, and automation of supply chain business processes. Enable and preserve business operations continuity in the order to cash process. Delver first-line systems and super-user support, perform system monitoring, and assist in the configuration and testing of systems changes.<\/p>\n
Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tDeliver first-line support across the supply chain including systems and super-user support according to the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within 72 hours.
\n\tMonitor system performance enabling uninterrupted order processing during after-hours in conjunction with a stand-by team member.
\n\tConfigure and test system changes associated with value chain improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
\n\tCoordinate change management practices on system changes.
\n\tGenerate Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) as well as functional and technical specifications of user requirements.
\n\tLiaise with governance, risk, and compliance stakeholders to resolve SAP role conflicts and create new SAP user groups when and as needed.
\n\tAssist users in developing profiles and addressing access issues. Log in information pertaining to helpdesk requests in the relevant database.
\n\tCompile and sustain systems procedures and work instructions for future reference.
\n\tConduct system trainings to end-users on the proper utilisation of applications.
\n\tApply evidence-based SHE practices in alignment with set standards for safe operations.
\n\tImplement Sasol Group’s risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework.
\n\tBuild and maintain positive relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to enable the provision of exceptional application support services.
\n\tContinuously improve own skills and knowledge. Complete, implement, and track personal development plan to attain personal performance goals.<\/p>\n
