\n\tWe\u2019re on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Planner to maintain an adequate maintenance planning system and provide a maintenance planning service to all relevant stakeholders ensuring plant availability and efficiency are maximized whilst breakdowns and manufacturing costs are minimized.<\/p>\n
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
\tManage and maintain all maintenance planning processes and ensure compliance
\n\tPlan and monitor maintenance shuts\/plant modification projects to be implemented within the mill
\n\tManage the data contained within the maintenance system and ensure all information is accurate
\n\tParticipate in relevant MDT activities and meetings
\n\tAnalyse maintenance data and extract and compile reports for optimization of equipment availability and costs
\n\tFacilitate problem-solving sessions and administer relevant gap lists.
\n\tDevelop and update maintenance schedules utilising MSG3 RCM principals<\/p>\n
What are we looking for?<\/p>\n
\tRelevant NQF 4 Qualification (Grade 12 \/N3)
\n\tTrade test will be considered advantageous
\n\tRelevant QCTO NQF5 qualification would be considered advantageous
\n\t3-5 years of maintenance planning experience within a heavy industry environment
\n\tExperience within the Pulp and Paper Industry would be considered advantageous
\n\tComputer Literacy (MS Office, Projects, SAP 4.6 PM & PS Modules)<\/p>\n
