Main Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo transport goods and equipment to and from sites in a safe and efficient manner.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tLoad and offload material for delivery and collection.
\n\tTransport employees to and from different work locations as and when required.
\n\tPerform daily vehicle inspections and reporting defects.
\n\tAssist with general stores duties as and when required.
\n\tDelivery of goods to sites, suppliers and other locations.
\n\tComply with the Road Traffic Act including regulations, OHS Act, Company Procedures and Instructions.
\n\tMove material in and around the workshop using the overhead crane.
\n\tPerform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects to ensure vehicle reliability and compliance with the Road Traffic Act and Regulations.
\n\tWilling to work overtime, weekends and public holidays if when and when required.
\n\tAny other job-related duties as required from time to time.<\/p>\n

\tGood written and verbal communication skills.

\n\tCustomer focused.<\/p>\n
Preferred Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/N3.
\n\tValid heavy duty motor vehicle licence (Code 14\/EC and PDP).
\n\tPublic driving and transport experience.
\n\tKnowledge of the National Road Act.
\n\tKnowledge of operating an overhead crane.
\n\tWillingness to learn how to operate a forklift and obtain a licence.
\n\tKnowledge of Gauteng and Mpumalanga Road would be advantageous.
\n\tMust reside in Pretoria
