\n\tTrade Test Certificate or Equivalent experience

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:<\/p>\n
\t3 – 5 years’ experience in quality control in a mining environment.
\n\t3 – 5 years’ supervisory experience in a mining (Engineering) environment.
\n\tProject management.
\n\tAnalysis and trouble shooting.
\n\tReporting and presentations.<\/p>\n
The Role requirements include, but not be limited to:<\/p>\n
\tReporting, Monitoring & Evaluation, Audit: Ensure that the operation’s Repairs Registers and reporting is aligned with standards and guidelines.
\n\tResponsible for technical evaluations on suppliers and products to be delivered as and when required.
\n\tMonitor the repairs process and ensure adherence to the repair procedure.
\n\tEnsure that the repairs are done as per OEM standards.
\n\tMonitor and investigate warranty claims within the repairs process and new goods delivered.\u00a0
\n\tResponsible for the optimized utilization of material codes by minimizing free text expenditure.
\n\tIdentify free text items for codification.
\n\tContinuously identify alternative or generic parts to improve on the working performance and cost saving initiatives according to standardization and product testing procedures.
\n\tIdentify and improve the utilization of common spares between equipment.
\n\tManage the movement and placing of rotable materials in a safe and controlled manner.
\n\tManage the utilization of materials handling equipment.
\n\tManage reclaiming of usable items and arranges for rotable stock keeping.
\n\tMust be willing to keep the rotable yard clean and organized.
\n\tA strong ability to observe and enforce all safety and environmental precautions for protection against accidents with emphasis on the assessment and abatement of hazardous materials.
\n\tDirect communication with MO’s and F\/Man Engineers on items for rotable repairs.
\n\tEngagement & Communication: Establish and maintain good working relationships and an effective\/ sound communication system with the Supply Chain function, the operation and other business units.
\n\tPerform repair operations with due care, making best efforts to minimize costs.
\n\tComplete, maintain and control compliance documentation for rotable repairs.<\/p>\n
