\tTo lead Vodacom Group\u2019s \u201cOne More Service\u201d ambition by identifying, partnering and scaling content adoption across the 8 Vodacom markets. This individual will lead a team of individuals who integrate meaningful content into our value propositions through frictionless customer journeys. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities will include:<\/p>\n
\tCraft the Vodacom Content & Platform Strategy.\u00a0
\n\tIdentify and strategically partner with content providers across our 8 operating markets.
\n\tEstablish and Build Relationships with partners to ensure our partnerships deliver value to our customers and stays relevant.\u00a0
\n\tNegotiate preferential terms and craft agreements with the partners ensuring we leverage our scale and deliver value.\u00a0
\n\tIntegrate content into our propositions to unlock synergies across our product offerings & reduce churn. \u00a0
\n\tDrive adoption and scale of partnerships through carefully crafted marketing and promotions to unlock content potential.
\n\tScale platforms related to content and one more service.
\n\tDesign and implement omnichannel CX journeys eliminating friction and promoting adoption.
\n\tEnsure that we build trust with customers and deliver on the desired business case. \u00a0<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate for this role will have:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \u2013 Essential
\n\t3 – 4 year Degree\/Diploma \u2013 Essential
\n\tPostgraduate qualification is advantageous\u00a0
\n\tMinimum 8-10 years relevant experience -essential \u00a0
\n\tTelecommunication experience-advantage
\n\t5 Years management\/supervisory experience – essential<\/p>\n
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge of the ICT industry and value chain including content
\n\tTariffs and pricing Knowledge\u00a0
\n\tDigital platforms Knowledge\u00a0
\n\tNegotiating skills
\n\tFinancial modelling skills
\n\tCommercial acumen<\/p>\n
