Core Description<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for minor maintenance repairs and refurbishment of point of sale and various printer devices.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Deliverables \/ Primary Functions<\/p>\n
Successful completion of hardware repairs, including:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tStripping down and re-assemble hardware peripherals\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tTesting mobile devices,\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tCalibrating, and configuring all printers, etc.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tApply devices to workshop product refurb process and procedures\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tUtilising tools and basic instrumentation. Multi-metre \u2018s & soldering iron\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tUsing proper cleaning materials including safety PPE material\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tNotify line management of any potentially defective machinery, carrying out basic maintenance \/ repair work, as and when required.\u00a0
\n\tRunning Quality Assurance (QA) testing by device through all client test jigs in the\u00a0 workshop environment\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tPrepare periodic inventory or maintain perpetual inventory of tools and equipment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tMinimum 2-years\u2019 experience in repairing and testing hardware and software applications.<\/p>\n
Certifications<\/p>\n
\tElectronics Certification
\n\tCOMPTIA
\n\tMicrosoft Systems Associate or Engineer (MCSA or MCSE);
\n\tLinux LPIC (1 and 2), Certified Linux Administrator or CompTIA Linux+.<\/p>\n
