Salary: PL 06 – R 392 855.16 per annum plus normal fringe benefits of GKM.
\nRequirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric plus three (03) year tertiary qualification ie: Degree\/Diploma in Public Management\/Human Resources Management\/Monitoring and Evaluation or a qualification in a field related to Performance Management.
\n\tMinimum of three (03) years performance management or related experience in Local Government or Public Sector.
\n\tGood communication skills with proficiency in IsiXhosa\/IsiZulu and English. Valid Code B Drivers’ License. Computer Literate.<\/p>\n
Requirements\/Duties:<\/p>\n
\tImplementing the Performance Management System to all levels within the Municipality.
\n\tDevelopment and implementation of PMS Policy and Framework.
\n\tReview and implementing the outcome of an organizational PMS tool\/process in order to track actuals against planned performance.
\n\tCo-ordinate, communicate and submit compliance documents to national treasury, provincial treasury, CoGTA Finance, CoGTA PMS and Auditor General.
\n\tEnsure proper filing of PMS Documents.
\n\tCo-ordinate all administrative functions pertaining to assessments.
\n\tCompile monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports.
\n\tCalculate payment of performance bonuses where applicable.<\/p>\n
