\n\tAs a Data Analyst, you will collaborate across teams, transforming data into meaningful insights that drive business forward.<\/p>\n
You will:<\/p>\n
\tOwn, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI (and other tools) that drive key business decisions.
\n\tContinuously improve BI infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
\n\tPartner with Marketing, Credit, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
\n\tWork closely with team leads to understand requirements and communicate insights.
\n\tSupport data-driven decision making by enabling self-service BI across the organization.
\n\tLeverage AI tools for more efficient data processing and analytics.
\n\tUse SQL, Excel, and DAX to model and transform data for analysis.
\n\tDocument BI processes and create clear data dictionaries or guides for users.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tProficiency in PowerBI and DAX is essential.
\n\tSolid understanding of financial data and reporting structures (income statement, balance sheet, etc.)
\n\t2-3+ years business intelligence experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
\n\tStrong excel, SQL and data modelling skills.
\n\tPassion for growing SME\u2019s across South Africa.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and ability to communicate complex insights simply
\n\tTertiary degree in Information systems, Informatics, Statistics, Economics or Finance. Honors preferred.<\/p>\n
