Primary Purpose of the Job:<\/p>\n
\tThe People and Culture Officer is responsible for supporting the development and Implementation of People and culture initiatives and systems. The People and Culture Officer is also responsible for every aspect of the employment process.<\/p>\n
Main Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tBeing actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
\n\tCreate and implement effective onboarding plans
\n\tAssist in performance management processes
\n\tSupport the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
\n\tMaintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
\n\tConducting stay-in interviews (Employee Engagement)
\n\tEnsures invoices are paid on time.<\/p>\n
Requirements
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n
\t3 Year relevant HR Qualification<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role, HR administrator or other HR position.<\/p>\n
Job Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n
\tLabour Laws and disciplinary procedures, HR functions (Recruitment, performance management, people development etc.)<\/p>\n
Behavioural Competencies<\/p>\n
\tProblem-solving and decision-making aptitude
\n\tStrong ethics and reliability
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
Technical Competencies<\/p>\n
\tProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
\n\tOutstanding organisational and time-management abilities
