MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB<\/p>\n
Fintech Implementation and Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist in the implementation and management of fintech systems and applications.
\n\tMonitor and optimize the performance of fintech solutions to ensure they meet operational needs.<\/p>\n
Project Support<\/p>\n
\tSupport the planning, execution, and monitoring of fintech projects.
\n\tCoordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.<\/p>\n
Operational Efficiency<\/p>\n
\tAnalyze and improve current fintech processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
\n\tIdentify and address any operational issues related to fintech systems.<\/p>\n
Compliance and Security<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that fintech solutions comply with relevant financial regulations, data protection laws, and security standards.
\n\tCollaborate with compliance and IT security teams to manage and mitigate risks.<\/p>\n
Data Management and Analysis<\/p>\n
\tManage data related to fintech systems, including data integrity and reporting.
\n\tAnalyze data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork closely with internal departments, such as finance, IT, and customer service, to support their fintech needs.
\n\tLiaise with external vendors and partners to ensure effective integration and support of fintech solutions.<\/p>\n
User Support and Training<\/p>\n
\tProvide L2 support for but not limited Vivere, Mobile Banking application and Apply for Transactional Banking portals.
\n\tTraining to users on fintech systems and tools.
\n\tAddress any issues or queries related to fintech applications and services which will include debugging, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, log management and tracking as well as UAT as and required.<\/p>\n
Market Research<\/p>\n
\tStay informed about trends and advancements in fintech.
\n\tConduct research to identify new technologies and solutions that could benefit the organization.<\/p>\n
Access Control & Security<\/p>\n
\tManage access control policies, ensuring appropriate user permissions and segregation of duties.
\n\tConduct periodic access reviews and audits to verify compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
\n\tCollaborate with IT and security teams to enforce identity and access management protocols.
\n\tEnsure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts.
\n\tMonitor, document, and report on access control activities as part of governance and risk management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
\n\tCertifications or further education in fintech or project management are a plus.<\/p>\n
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a Banking environment.
\n\tStrong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and project management methodologies.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of BI tools, SQL, or workflow management systems is beneficial.
\n\tExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE<\/p>\n
\tTechnical, operational, analytical, and communication skills, combined with a strong understanding of financial technologies, regulatory requirements, and customer support best practices. This knowledge enables effective support and optimize fintech systems and ensure a positive user experience.<\/p>\n
