\tThe Pastry Commis Chef is to prepare all food to the highest standard in line with the property food directive.
\n\tPlease note that this is a 3 month FTC contract<\/p>\n
KEY FOCUS AREAS<\/p>\n
\tFollow procedures as directed to minimize shortages and wastage and effective stock control.
\n\tFollow procedures for effective asset management to maintain company assets in the best possible condition.
\n\tFollow cleanliness and hygiene procedures as directed.
\n\tAssist in maintaining fridges and stores as directed.
\n\tFollow communication procedures as directed.
\n\tSet up meals and functions to standards.
\n\tAssist in the preparation of staff food when required.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS \u2013 QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS<\/p>\n
\tGood knowledge of food preparation and Kitchen hygiene.
\n\tGood knowledge and understanding of all dietary and religious requirements.
\n\tBasic knowledge on stock take procedures and stock control.
\n\tBasic knowledge of all MORE properties and all activities offered.
\n\tBasic knowledge of all departments\/operations of your property.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail, excellent hygiene principles.
