Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executives. The role includes arranging travel and logistics, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, overseeing office administration, supporting health and safety compliance, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination across the Executive Office.<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Executive & Administrative Support \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBooking conference and meeting room facilities.
\n\tManage diaries and calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
\n\tHandle correspondence, maintain professional records, and support executive-level communication.<\/p>\n
Travel Coordination<\/p>\n
\tArrange and confirm all travel bookings through approved travel agencies.
\n\tPrepare travel itineraries, track costs, and process expense claims.
\n\tEnsure compliance with travel and expense policies.<\/p>\n
Health & Safety<\/p>\n
\tMonitor compliance with health and safety standards within National Office.
\n\tCoordinate safety audits, training, and documentation as required.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 \/ National Senior Certificate Level 4 (NQF Level 4)
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (NQF Level 5 or higher) – Advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in administration, 3\u20135 years in diary and travel management, and 2 years in health & safety coordination<\/p>\n
