\tYou will join our Repairs team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as\u00a0Clients, Managers, Suppliers, Contractors\u00a0and\u00a0Site\/Internal Staff.<\/p>\n
WHAT YOU WILL DO<\/p>\n
\tUsing various gages and equipment to measure dimensions and functionality
\n\tReading blueprints and specifications to understand the requirements and standards
\n\tRejecting products that fail to meet quality standards and reporting any defects or discrepancies
\n\tMaintaining work area and equipment in a clean and safe condition
\n\tConducting inspections, test, and internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
\n\tIdentify and report any nom-compliance issues and recommend corrective measures
\n\tCommunicate inspection results and findings to Supervisor
\n\tConduct follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions
\n\tPerforming quality checks and process audits on materials, products, and service
\n\tCompile detailed inspection reports with Pictures
\n\tCompile condition report for each refurbishment part<\/p>\n
WHO YOU ARE<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tA high school diploma or equivalent, or bachelor\u2019s degree or four-year apprenticeship
\n\t2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, inspection, or related field
\n\tKnowledge of safety and quality regulations and standard, such as ISO9000
\n\tKnowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
\n\tExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
\n\tExperience using inspection tools, equipment, and software
\n\tA keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
\n\tAbility to use inspection in related field is an asset
\n\tCertification in related field in an asset
\n\tMicrosoft office exposure, Excel and Word etc<\/p>\n
WHAT SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND REQUIREMENTS (HARD AND SOFT) ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE?<\/p>\n
\tDemonstrated knowledge of safety and quality regulations and standards
\n\tExperience using inspection tools, equipment, and software
\n\tStrong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
\n\tGood communication skills
\n\tThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team
\n\tGood organizational and leadership skills combined with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
\n\tA self-motivated induvial with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
\n\tExcellent communication, cooperation, and people skills
\n\tWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
\n\tThe employee is required to stand, walk, and climb or balance
\n\tThe employee must lift and \/or move up to 20kg
\n\tSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,\u00a0peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

\n\tClimbing of stairs, ladders, and scaffolds at job sites and customer facilities
\n\tConducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction
\n\tAdhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations<\/p>\n
