As a Campaign Specialist you will play a vital role in supporting business development and executing strategic campaigns. You will acting as a bridge between Business Development and Campaign Execution. The role involves managing new international business, supporting sales operations, and driving market research, competitor analysis, and product positioning.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Be Doing:<\/p>\n
\tSupport Sales & Business Development:\u00a0Assist in structuring profitable deals, developing go-to-market strategies, and creating value propositions for new and existing clients
\n\tMarket & Competitor Analysis:\u00a0Monitor consumer behavior and industry trends to identify opportunities aligned with Rewardsco\u2019s execution competencies
\n\tSales Planning:\u00a0Develop strategic sales plans, report insights to executives, and collaborate on marketing collateral
\n\tSales Administration:\u00a0Manage proposals, agreements, CRM updates, and track sales activity against targets
\n\tCampaign Execution:\u00a0Coordinate proof-of-concepts, analyze campaign performance, and work with internal teams to optimize results Partner with Business Development to shape winning go-to-market strategies<\/p>\n

\tMatric
\n\tAny tertiary qualification is advantageous
\n\tMinimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Campaign Specialist position or in a similar capacity
\n\tExperience working with Clients and end customers in the US and\/or UK Markets is required
\n\tStrong understanding of US and\/or UK cultural norms to effectively support business development initiatives and guide campaign execution in target markets
\n\tMust have experience in working with Data Analytics platform, CRM Systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
\n\tSkilled in identifying market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics
\n\tCustomer Segment Expertise
\n\tStrong Commercial Acumen is required<\/p>\n
